Fully serviced two bedroom apartment ideal whether you stay is for business or leisure. Ideally located in the city centre of Southampton and is close to all major transport routes, local businesses and tourist attractions. There is a convenience store within a five minute walk for all your local amenities and we do offer a food welcome pack which can be ordered from our reservations team up to 48 hours before your arrival date. We have two studio apartments and one two bedroom apartment in this building if you require to accommodate multiple guests.
The apartment building has a secure entry system and the apartment can be accessed by the lift or stairs. To the left as you enter the apartment there are two double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe space and bed side tables with nightlights and an alarms clock. There is an en-suite with a shower, a wash basin and free complimentary toiletries and towels are supplied on arrival. The second double bedroom can has zip and link beds so it can be used as a double or we can change this in to a twin room upon request.
Next to the bedrooms is the main family bathroom with a good size bath with a shower over the bath, a wash basin and socket points for shavers and electric toothbrushes. Towels and complimentary toiletries are supplied.
Unlike hotel rooms you will find a fully equipped kitchen in this apartment where you can cook at your leisure and not be governed by hotel timetables. All laundry facilities are catered for with a washing machine and clothes horse plus there is an iron and ironing board. We do provide you with details of a good laundry company if you prefer to outsource your laundry needs.
The next room on from the kitchen is the lounge which has two settee's, lcd tv with Freeview and a DVD player. A table and four chairs are to the right of the sofa's where up to four people can wine and dine in a comfortable relaxed environment. Leading off the lounge are glass patios doors which will bring you out to the balcony which has a bistro table and two chairs.
There is one allocated parking space in a secure car park available for a small fee of £5 per night.
All fresh linen and towels are provided and complimentary toiletries on your arrival. If your stay is linger then seven days the apartment will be cleaned and new towels and linen will be provided.
Broadband is inclusive in the nightly rate and you can use it anytime of day or night unlike hotels where you have to buy set internet packages.
Located on England's south coast, Southampton has been a major port since the 13th Century and was home to the RMS Titanic. The Maritime Museum in the Wool House features an exhibition on the ill-fated liner.
The main station in the city is Southampton Central with excellent links to London and other south coast towns and cities. Southampton Airport is located in the town of Eastleigh, just north of Southampton. It is connected to the city by a frequent rail service, and hosts flights to UK and some European destinations.
Southampton harbour is no longer used for car ferries to Europe, but remains the embarkation point for many cruise liners. Sailing is very popular, and Southampton Water has been the start and finish of the Round the World Yacht Race for 30 years.
The main retail facility is the West Quay Shopping Centre, which was the biggest city-centre shopping mall in Europe when it was opened.
The largest green space is Southampton Common which covers a larger area than Hyde Park in London and includes a Wildlife Centre, a swimming pool and several lakes and ponds.
