Fully serviced one bedroom apartment centrally situated in the city centre of Southampton- ideal location for business or leisure stays. The exact location is Ocean Village where there is a marina, three restaurants and two cinema's. A Tesco's Express is close by for all your amenities and we do offer a food welcome pack which can be ordered from our reservations team up to 48 hours before your arrival date.
Allocated parking is supplied for one car at a small fee of £5 per night and a permit is issued to you on arrival with your allocated space number.
The apartment can be accessed by the stairs and a full welcome letter is given to you so you know exactly how to locate the apartment.
Once inside Atlantic there is a hallway which will lead you to the open plan lounge which has a two and one seater sofa, a coffee table, tv with freeview and a dvd player. There is table for up to two people to dine.
The kitchen is fully equipped so you are not governed to hotel timetables and can eat at your leisure. All modern cooking utensils and equipment are supplied including pots and pans, microwave, oven/hob and fridge freezer. Plus there is a washing machine and clothes horse to cater for all your laundry needs.
As you go back in to the hallway from the lounge you will find a good size family bathroom with a shower over the bath, wash basin and WC; towels and complimentary toiletries are supplied on arrival.
The Master Bedroom has a double bed with a double wardrobe and two bed side tables with two lamps and an alarm clock.
Broadband is free unlike hotels where you have to purchase internet packages and if your stay is longer than 7 day our housekeeping team will clean and supply fresh towels and bed linen
Located on England's south coast, Southampton has been a major port since the 13th Century and was home to the RMS Titanic. The Maritime Museum in the Wool House features an exhibition on the ill-fated liner.
The main station in the city is Southampton Central with excellent links to London and other south coast towns and cities. Southampton Airport is located in the town of Eastleigh, just north of Southampton. It is connected to the city by a frequent rail service, and hosts flights to UK and some European destinations.
Southampton harbour is no longer used for car ferries to Europe, but remains the embarkation point for many cruise liners. Sailing is very popular, and Southampton Water has been the start and finish of the Round the World Yacht Race for 30 years.
The main retail facility is the West Quay Shopping Centre, which was the biggest city-centre shopping mall in Europe when it was opened.
The largest green space is Southampton Common which covers a larger area than Hyde Park in London and includes a Wildlife Centre, a swimming pool and several lakes and ponds.
