This two bedroom apartment is ideal whether you stay is for business or leisure. Ideally located in Parkgate 8 miles to Southampton and 10 miles to Portsmouth, close to all major transport routes. There is a convenience store within a five minute walk for all your local amenities and we do offer a food welcome pack which can be ordered from our reservations team up to 48 hours before your arrival date. There is a traditional local pub called the Talisman, the local Chinese 'Kam's Palace' and the brand chained restaurant TGI’s.

For business stays the apartment is minutes away from Segensworth Business Park which has over 50 businesses including GCAP Media, Rothmans and M E P Ltd. Only 1.5 miles away is the Solent Business Park in Whitely. The Solent business Park is home to many corporate companies including ITV Meridian, National Air Traffic Service, Menzie LLP, Ipso Factor Training to name a few.

It may be that you have family coming to stay for a seasonal event or for a wedding and need to find them accommodation. Instead of giving them just a hotel room look at the alternative a spacious apartment with their own facilities to cook, entertain and relax.

In this apartment the two bedrooms are both doubles. The master bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe, bed side tables with nightlights and an alarms clock. There is an en-suite with a shower, wash basin and complimentary toiletries and towels are supplied upon arrival. The second bedroom has a single bed with an additional single pull out bed, a wardrobe and bed side tables.

Bed linen is supplied for both bedrooms.

Next to the bedrooms is the bathroom which has a bath with a shower overhead, a wash basin with a mirror and socket points for shavers and electric toothbrushes.

Unlike hotel rooms you will find a fully equipped kitchen in this apartment where you can cook at your leisure and not be governed by hotel timetables. All laundry facilities are catered for with a washing machine, clothes horse and an iron and ironing board. If you prefer to outsource your laundry needs we can supply details for this service.

The next room on from the kitchen is the lounge which has two settee's, lcd tv with Freeview and a DVD player. A table and four chairs are to the right of the sofa's where up to four people can wine and dine in a comfortable relaxed environment.

There is one secure allocated parking space with this apartment which we will provide you details off before you arrive.

If your stay is longer then seven days the apartment will be cleaned by our HouseKeeping team and Towels and Bed Linen will be changed.

Broadband is inclusive in the nightly rate and you can use it anytime of day or night unlike hotels where you have to buy set internet packages.
