Description

Fully furnished four bedroom townhouse is situated within the city centre of Southampton and is ideally located whether your stay is for business or leisure. The house is great for families or for corporate employees.

As you enter the house there is a hallway and if you follow this down to the rear of the house you will come to a cloakroom and a single bedroom. On the next level there is the fully equipped kitchen so you are no longer governed to hotel timetables and can cook at your own convenience. A washing machine is supplied to cater for all your laundry needs.

The lounge has been recently redecorated and has two settees, a large lcd television, freeview and dvd player.

On the second level there are three bedrooms which have double beds, wardrobes, chest of drawers and bed side lights. The Master bedroom has an en-suite with a shower, wash basin and mirror and shaving power points. Bed linen and towels will be provided on arrival plus complimentary toiletries. If your stay is longer than seven days our housekeeping team will clean the house and provide new towels and bed linen.

The main bathroom is also on the second level and has a bath with a shower overhead, wash basin and shaver power points.

Free Broadband is included in the nightly rate unlike hotels so you are not forced to buy internet packages. There is one allocated parking space for an additional fee of £5 per night and on street parking is available close by which is metered from 08:30 - 18:00.

Area

Located on England's south coast, Southampton has been a major port since the 13th Century and was home to the RMS Titanic. The Maritime Museum in the Wool House features an exhibition on the ill-fated liner.

The main station in the city is Southampton Central with excellent links to London and other south coast towns and cities. Southampton Airport is located in the town of Eastleigh, just north of Southampton. It is connected to the city by a frequent rail service, and hosts flights to UK and some European destinations.

Southampton harbour is no longer used for car ferries to Europe, but remains the embarkation point for many cruise liners. Sailing is very popular, and Southampton Water has been the start and finish of the Round the World Yacht Race for 30 years.

The main retail facility is the West Quay Shopping Centre, which was the biggest city-centre shopping mall in Europe when it was opened.

The largest green space is Southampton Common which covers a larger area than Hyde Park in London and includes a Wildlife Centre, a swimming pool and several lakes and ponds.
