The apartment is perfectly situated for easy access to the City Centre and motorways to Portsmouth, London, Southampton Airport and the west. Public transport links and the Itchen/Central Bridge are also close by giving easy access to main transport routes.
Each double bedroom is furnished with generous wardrobe storage, bedside tables and night lamps. A clock radio is on hand should you have an early start. Fresh linen is always provided and can be changed at your request. You also enjoy some fresh air on the small patio area outside.
The open plan, cosy living space is furnished with a modern, large sofa and a dining table and chairs, ideal for entertaining guests should you wish to. A large LCD TV complete with Freeview comes included in the rental price, as does the free broadband WiFi – no hidden extra costs at checkout, unlike hotels.
The modern kitchen comes equipped with all the cooking item and utensils you should require – giving you the freedom to cook what you want, when you want. Avoid a big pile of laundry on your return home by making use of the washing machine. A dishwasher is also at your disposal enabling you to relax after a busy day or night. We even supply the dishwasher tablets and some Fair Trade tea and coffee.
You will find a power shower in the main bathroom along with a bath complete with toiletries ready for your arrival. Fresh towels are provided and replaced at your convenience by our housekeeping team. There are no hotel style housekeeping schedules in a Town or Country serviced apartment. We are ready when you are.

Located on England's south coast, Southampton has been a major port since the 13th Century and was home to the RMS Titanic. The Maritime Museum in the Wool House features an exhibition on the ill-fated liner.
The main station in the city is Southampton Central with excellent links to London and other south coast towns and cities. Southampton Airport is located in the town of Eastleigh, just north of Southampton. It is connected to the city by a frequent rail service, and hosts flights to UK and some European destinations.
Southampton harbour is no longer used for car ferries to Europe, but remains the embarkation point for many cruise liners. Sailing is very popular, and Southampton Water has been the start and finish of the Round the World Yacht Race for 30 years.
The main retail facility is the West Quay Shopping Centre, which was the biggest city-centre shopping mall in Europe when it was opened.
The largest green space is Southampton Common which covers a larger area than Hyde Park in London and includes a Wildlife Centre, a swimming pool and several lakes and ponds.
