Empress Heights is the perfect property for both business or leisure stays. This two bedroomed, modern, stylish apartment offers two luxurious bedrooms to ensure you get a good night’s sleep without the noise that a lot of hotels come with! The apartment is situated perfectly for Southampton City Centre and access to major motorway links to Portsmouth, London, Southampton Airport and the west. Public transport links and the Itchen/Central Bridge are also close by for easy access to all main routes.
Each double bedroom is equipped with generous wardrobe storage, bedside tables and night lamps. If you should have an early start a clock radio is on hand. Fresh linen is provided and can be changed at times to suit you. There is also a small patio area should you wish to enjoy some fresh air.
The open plan living space comprises a large modern sofa and a dining suite, perfect for entertaining guests for dinner. A large LCD TV with Freeview is also included in the price, along with free broadband WiFi. Unlike hotels, there will be no surprising extras to pay for on checkout!
The modern kitchen comes equipped with all the utensils and cooking items you might need. This gives you the freedom to cook what you'd like, when you'd like it. Make good use of the washing machine so you don't have the dreaded "big wash" to do on your return home. A dishwasher is on hand too, giving you time to relax after a hard day or night. We even supply dishwasher tablets and Fair Trade tea and coffee.
The main bathroom houses a power shower and a bath. Our complimentary toiletries are ready and waiting for your arrival too. Fresh towels are provided and replaced by our housekeeping team who do not run by a hotel style timetable, they are available to replace linen at your convenience.
Should you prefer to dine out there are plenty of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance, including those in Ocean Village Marina. Some of these restaurants accept our exclusive Town or Country Discount card, which is free to all our guests (enquire on booking).

Located on England's south coast, Southampton has been a major port since the 13th Century and was home to the RMS Titanic. The Maritime Museum in the Wool House features an exhibition on the ill-fated liner.
The main station in the city is Southampton Central with excellent links to London and other south coast towns and cities. Southampton Airport is located in the town of Eastleigh, just north of Southampton. It is connected to the city by a frequent rail service, and hosts flights to UK and some European destinations.
Southampton harbour is no longer used for car ferries to Europe, but remains the embarkation point for many cruise liners. Sailing is very popular, and Southampton Water has been the start and finish of the Round the World Yacht Race for 30 years.
The main retail facility is the West Quay Shopping Centre, which was the biggest city-centre shopping mall in Europe when it was opened.
The largest green space is Southampton Common which covers a larger area than Hyde Park in London and includes a Wildlife Centre, a swimming pool and several lakes and ponds.
