We invoice for every 28 nights booked in advance. If the stay is for less than 28 nights this is also payable in advance for the amount of nights booked

To confirm the booking a £200.00 or 10% fee whichever is the greater will be required in advance. This will be deducted from the final balance.

If your booking is cancelled within fourteen days of the arrival date, a 50% charge of the total amount will be incurred. Should Town or Country manage to occupy the property by another guest then you will receive a full refund minus a £100.00 administration fee.
4.
Two weeks notice to vacate is required; unless the departure date has been previously agreed. However should we be able to sell the accommodation you will be credited and only a small handling charge made.
5.
We can accept most credit cards but if you wish to use American Express or Diners card 5% (non-refundable) will be added to the costs.
6.
An agreement will need to be signed by the tenant prior to moving in.
Reservations can be made by telephone, email, fax and post. For your convenience we operate a 24-hour answering service. All major credit and debit cards and travellers cheques are accepted.
