  Free Wi-Fi is provided in all of our properties.

   Secure allocated parking is available in 95% of our properties at £5 per night.

  Luxury Bed Linen and Towels are provided.

 Complimentary Toiletries are supplied on arrival.

  Weekly Housekeeping Service – Bed linen will be changed and Towels will be replaced. The property will be cleaned thoroughly and bins emptied. If you require this service to be more frequent we can offer this for a small fee.

 24/7 Customer Care contact for all of our guests staying with us.

 Property Management Service on hand at all times.

Town or Country Discount card is available to all of our guests which will give exclusive discounts of 10 -20% off Southampton’s finest bars and restaurants.

 Multiple television channels.

  When away from home, if your serviced apartment is spacious enough, why not have family or friends to stay at no extra charge.

A local information pack will be provided in every apartment and house to help you familiarize yourself with the local area and amenities.

A property information pack will be provided in every accommodation with instructions on how to use the facilities.

  Town or Country welcomes people with disabilities and has developed the Access Statement to address some of the more common issues that disabled people face. Recognition has been given to include guests with an impairment, which could include: Mobility, Sight, Hearing, Learning Disabilities or any hidden impairment. Town or Country aims to ensure that all employees, guests and others who use our serviced accommodation treated equally and according to their needs.

Prefer to order your own groceries?

 

You can order your groceries on-line from any of the three sites, for delivery between the hours of 9.00am – 11.00pm Monday to Friday, Saturday 9.00am to 16.00pm and Sunday 11.00am to 3.00pm.

 

                                   

 

Orders can be placed on-line prior to your arrival and we will unpack and store fresh and frozen foods in your accommodation. We can only accept orders Monday to Friday after 14.00pm on your arrival date and before 17.00 as our office will be closed outside these hours. Please note the office will not be open Saturday/ Sunday.

Once you have checked in you can order your groceries on line, however, please ensure that you are in at the time of delivery.

All deliveries before your arrival should be sent to the following address:

Once you have logged in to your chosen superstore you will need to add the following details:

  • Email Address – Enter your email address so that order confirmation can be sent to you.
  • Postcode – If you have not been supplied with a postcode then please contact our reservation team for the address.
  • For your daytime/evening contact phone number we advise to put your mobile number.

Once you have entered all your details you can go ahead and place your order.
