Charter House is quietly situated in Ocean Village Marina it benefits from close transport links to motorways, the southwest, southeast and London. Southampton City Centre is 10 minutes drive away and can be accessed via public transport. This property is near Red Funnel’s terminal to the Isle of Wight.

 

The marina itself hosting a range of restaurants, wines bars and shops all within a short walking distance. Not only will you enjoy the views of the Solent but the walks to West Quay shopping or the cinema complex nearby. A Tesco Express store is a short walk away for all your amenities.

 

Living Space

 As you enter the apartment you will find a spacious lounge with dining area where you can access the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs and is fantastic when you have a family as you are not governed by hotel timetables and can cater for children on their timetable instead. A washer/dryer is in the property to meet all your laundry needs so gone are the days of having to return home to mounds of washing.

 

Sleeping Space 

There are two double bedrooms with storage space to cater for short or long stays. The master bedroom has an en-suite with a shower, heated towel rail and a wash basin.  The family bathroom has a shower over the bath, wash basin and a heated towel rail. Towels and complimentary toiletries are supplied for you on arrival.

 

Parking 

There is one allocated parking space.

Greenwich

The Greenwich apartment is in the heart of the city centre of Southampton. Close to Ocean Village Marina, Oxford Street and to one of the UK's largest shopping centres West Quay.  It has close links to Woolston train station, Southampton coach station, Red Funnel and the Southampton aiport.

 

Should you wish to dine out for the evening there are many restaurants and bars within walking distance, including Ocean Village Marina and the Oxford Street, benefiting from the exclusive Town or Country Discount card, which is free to all our guests.

Living Space

 The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cater for all your cooking needs during your stay.  All laundry facilities are catered for with a washing machine and clothes horse plus there is an iron and ironing board. 

 

The lounge has two settee's, LCD TV with Freeview and a DVD player. A table and four chairs are to the right of the sofa's where up to four people can wine and dine in a comfortable relaxed environment.  Leading on from the lounge is a balcony which has a bistro table and two chairs where you can sit outside on the summer nights and watch the world go by.  

 

Sleeping Space

 The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe space and bed side tables with nightlights and an alarms clock. There is an en-suite with a shower, wash basin and free complimentary toiletries and towels are supplied upon arrival.  The second bedroom has a double bed, wardrobes plus fresh bed linen is supplied.

 

Next to the bedrooms is the main family bathroom with a good size bath with a shower over the bath, a wash basin and socket points for shavers and electric toothbrushes. 

 

Parking Space

Winsor Croft

 Winsor Croft is a Barn conversion style property and is uniquely tucked into its surroundings. Offering a wonderfully peaceful and luxurious space to relax in and enjoy time away in a country village location based in the New Forest National Park.

Living Space

A fabulous kitchen and entertainment space in which to meet and socialise while utilising the extensive facilities to create a gourmet meal.  At the end of the day you can unwind with your choice of viewing on the Smart TV or simply watch the fire flicker in the lovely cosy lounge.

Sleeping space

Two bedrooms await you located in separate areas of the house and each with its own bathroom facilities.  The master bedroom also has a dressing room.

Outside space

Outside you have everything needed to enjoy, unwind and even stretch in the exercise cabin.  The garden is secure for storing bicycles and the property is dog friendly.

Parking Space

There is room for 2 cars on the driveway.

 

Oxford Street

 Oxford Street is a well presented two bedroom apartment in the heart of Oxford street close to the amazing restaurants  The apartment is close to Southampton shopping centre and West Quay as well as Ocean Village. 

Living space

Set over two floors with a lovely kitchen/dining room and a separate lounge on the first floor.  Stairway leading to sleeping space.

 

Sleeping space

Two bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the second floor.  The property comes with free WIFI.

Parking space

There is no parking with this property but there is plenty around the area including on Oxford Street payable at the meter.
