The lounge has a two and one seater sofa, a coffee table, tv with freeview and a dvd player and there is a dining table with two chairs where you can relax and eat at your own leisure. The separate kitchen is fully equipped so you are not governed to hotel timetables- modern cooking utensils and equipment are supplied including pots and pans, microwave, oven/hob and fridge freezer to accommodate you throughout your stay. Plus there is a washing machine and clothes horse to cater for all your laundry needs.
The Master Bedroom has a double bed with a double wardrobe and two bed side tables with two lamps and an alarm clock. The bed linen is supplied for your stay and if your stay is longer than 7 day our housekeeping team will clean and supply fresh towels and bed linen.
The separate bathroom has a bath with overhead shower and complimentary towels and toiletries.
There is allocated parking for a small vehicle which can be reserved at £5 per night.
The exact location is in the heart of the Southampton opposite Hoglands Park only two minutes walk in to the city centre. There is a local convenience store close by for your amenities. The apartment is near Ocean Village Marina, Oxford Street and to one of the UK’s largest shopping centres West Quay.
Should you wish to dine out for the evening there are many restaurants and bars within walking distance, including Ocean Village Marina and Oxford Street, benefiting from the exclusive Town or Country Discount card, which is free to all our guests (enquire on booking).
