This fully serviced, one bedroom apartment is situated in the city centre of Southampton. Located in Ocean Village there is plenty to see and do and why not dine in one of the 6 restaurants in the marina during your stay.

Living Space

The apartment is spacious for one or two guests with open plan lounge/kitchen and dining area.  

The kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook and eat at your leisure without the pressure of hotel timetables and set menus. All modern cooking utensils and equipment are supplied including pots and pans, microwave, oven/hob and fridge freezer. To ensure your laundry needs are catered for a washing machine and clothes horse is supplied.

Sleeping Space

The Master Bedroom has a double bed, double wardrobe, and two bedside tables with lamps and an alarm clock so you don’t miss your appointments. 

There is a good size family bathroom comprising of a bath with shower overhead, wash basin and WC; towels and complimentary toiletries are supplied ready for your arrival.

If your stay is longer than 7 days our housekeeping team will clean the apartment and provide new towels and bed linen.

Parking

Please note there is no parking available for this apartment, there is pay and display parking close by. Ocean Village Parking Facilities: Ocean Village has plenty of parking, spread across a surface car park and a huge multi-storey car park: Ocean Car Park Set your GPS for “Neptune Way”, despite it being located on Ocean Way! Opening Hours and Parking Tariffs: Pay & Display / Daily Rates 02:00 – 18:00 £1.00 per hour 18:00 – 02:00 NO CHARGE Max. charge any day until 18:00 £8.00

Subsequent days £8.00 per day Charges apply Monday to Sunday (All days, including Bank Holidays – 02:00 to 18:00). Tariff cost applies to any part hours. 

Location

Atlantic House is quietly situated in Ocean Village Marina it benefits from close transport links to motorways, the southwest, southeast and London. Southampton City Centre is 10 minutes drive away and can be accessed via public transport. This property is in close proximity to Red Funnel’s terminal to the Isle of Wight.

The marina itself hosting a range of restaurants, wines bars and shops all within a short walking distance. Not only will you enjoy the views of the Solent but the walks to West Quay shopping or the cinema complex nearby. A Tesco Express store is a short walk away for all your amenities.
