As you enter the hallway there is a storage cupboard to your right and down the corridor on the left you will find a spacious lounge with dining area where you can access the balcony and which has marina views. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs and is fantastic when you have a family as you are not governed by hotel timetables and can cater for children on their timetable instead. A washer/dryer is in the property to meet all your laundry needs so gone are the days of having to return home to mounds of washing.
Down the corridor are two double bedrooms with built in wardrobes and chest of drawers plus bedside tables with night lights. The master bedroom has an en-suite with a shower, heated towel rail and a wash basin. If your stay is longer than seven day’s our housekeeping team will clean and provide new towels and bed linen.
The family bathroom has a shower over the bath, a wash basin with a mirror and a heated towel rail. Towels are supplied on arrival with complimentary toiletries.
One allocated parking space is available for a small fee of £5 a night.

Southampton City Centre is 10 minutes drive away and can be accessed via public transport. This property is in close proximity to Red Funnel’s terminal to the Isle of Wight.
