Queen Victoria Country Park, Southampton
Once home to a military hospital now only the chapel remains. Acres of land right on Southampton Water make for a fun day out in the sea or on land. A miniature railway and obstacle park make this perfect for the family. Free entry, pay & display parking.
Southsea Bandstand, Southsea Common (weekends)
This iconic stand plays host to some fine talent; local bands, DJs and a quality atmosphere. Every weekend a mini festival breaks out on the common with the bandstand it’s epicentre.
West Wittering Beach, nr Chichester

The extensive acres of neatly mown grass close to the beach are perfect for parking, and picnics. The sea is popular with wind and kite surfers, while shallow lagoons are left on extensive sandy flats at low tide. The whole area is internationally recognised for its wildlife, birds and unique beauty.
