Abs Challenge

A 31 day challenge that starts off slow and builds up to the end of the month. Sit up, crunch, leg raise and plank with the chance to synchronise your data as you go along.

Fit Workout

This clever bit of kit detects the exercise you do, logs it and even detects the resps. It doesn’t always work, but there is a facility to add manually. Adding the weight is required but with a rest time built in will help with the Strength work. The app also records running, cycling and any freestyle that you do. Using the GPS linked to your smartphone, you can track and upload data.

Designed to calm your inner self, by following the relaxing colours on screen this will help reduce anxiety and give you a focus for the task ahead.

Heart Rate

Heart Points are collected daily using Google Fit, you earn as you burn! The higher the heart rate the more points you get. It records your estimated calories loss based on age and weight.

Step Up

Set a goal and get walking! If attached to your smartwatch, regular and up to date reports are sent to your phone. Once you have achieved your challenge and target, you can up the anti and increase the steps.
